I help people who want to gain a better and lasting understanding of what good food is, how to eat, live well and feel great without feeling deprived. I provide step by step guidance and support all along your journey to well-being until you reach your goals and feel confidant going forward.
I don’t focus on fashionable food trends but rather on well-conducted scientific research, science-based evidence and practical sense. Every individual is unique with unique lives, tastes, cultures and nutritional needs. No one should ever try to fit a diet, the diet should always fit you.
This approach is rooted in my studies of bio-medicine, evidence-based Nutritional Science, and my knowledge of Health Coaching skills.
I aim to demystify the world of Health Foods, diets and trendy supplements so we can make sense of it and only apply what is appropriate and suits each person individually. I understand that it’s about you, and getting the right balance for you and your lifestyle.

About me and my background
I am a qualified Nutritional Therapist registered with NTOI (Nutritional Therapist of Ireland) which is assurance to my clients, the medical profession, other healthcare professionals and the general public, of my competence and integrity. I studied bio-medicine, evidence-based Nutritional Science and acquired extensive clinical practice for over three years at CNM in Dublin. After a few years of practice I found that teaching people how to become and stay well, keep the extra pounds off and thrive in life was a key part of how my clients got lasting results. I consequently graduated from Maynooth National University of Ireland to became an educator and trainer in Nutritional therapy.
